Subscription Terms
These subscription terms (“Subscription Terms”) explain our policies, fees, and charges for the Site. Terms capitalized but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Service (“Terms”) located at www.DocuSightAI.com/terms-and-conditions.
As explained in our Terms, from time-to-time DocuSight AI may provide Users with access to its Site. The Site is made available to Users on a paid, subscription basis as outlined below. In some cases, DocuSight AI will process payments for these subscriptions directly. In other cases, third party payment processors, including but not limited to mobile application store providers such as Apple and Google, will collect these payments from Users. Accordingly, Users may be subject to third party terms and conditions regarding payments for which DocuSight AI is not a party. Please refer to our Terms for additional details regarding payments and payment processing.
Subscription Offerings:
DocuSight AI may from time to time offer a free one-time 10 MB file upload with five AI chats trial period for the Site at no charge. At the end of this period, you must subscribe in order to continue to use the Site and its functionalities. Unless otherwise noted, you are offered paid subscription options, depending on the feature set:

These subscriptions are available on a month-to-month term or annual term automatically renewable for a new period unless canceled before the end of the chosen subscription period. Cancellations must be made through the Site and can be canceled at any time via the Site. In the event of cancellation of the subscription, you will retain until the conclusion of the term of your current subscription.
